This policy explains what information FieldAngel — an Angel Spok product ("AngelSpok", "we", "us") — collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website (field.angelspok.com) and the FieldAngel service.

1. Information we collect

• Account and billing information: your email, business name and contact details. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Call data: when FieldAngel answers a call on your line, we process the caller's phone number, an audio recording of the call, its transcript, and the lead details captured (name, address, job description). This is the core of the service — it is how your lead alerts are produced.
• Website data: our site uses Google tags (Google Ads) for measuring ad performance, which set cookies. Standard server logs (IP address, pages visited) are kept for security.

2. How we use information

• To operate the service: answering calls, generating transcripts, and delivering lead alerts to you.
• To bill your subscription and provide support.
• To improve reliability and quality of the service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your call recordings to advertise to your callers.

3. Service providers

We use a small set of providers to run FieldAngel, each receiving only what it needs to do its job:

• Twilio — telephony and SMS delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Speech-to-text and AI language-model providers — to transcribe call audio and generate the assistant's responses during calls.
• Google — website ad measurement (landing page only, not call data).
• Hosting and infrastructure providers.

4. Callers to your business

When someone calls a business that uses FieldAngel, we process that caller's information on behalf of the business. The business decides how caller information is used. Callers who want their information corrected or deleted can contact the business directly, or email us at [email protected] and we will coordinate with the business.

5. Retention

Call recordings, transcripts and leads are kept for as long as your account is active, so they remain available to you ("yours forever" while subscribed — you can also delete them or request an export at any time). If you close your account, we delete this data within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep billing records longer.

6. Your rights

You (and your callers) can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing [email protected]. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and you may exercise your access and deletion rights through the same email.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and API credentials are stored outside the codebase. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data with industry-standard practices.

8. Children

The service and site are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
